Professional Photography: To evoke emotion and inspire a buyer’s vision for a property, we use creative photography and cinematography to raise the bar on our real estate marketing. Vivid images make impressions in the mind for several days and influences the decision made by buyers. Most buyers are shopping online and good photography is a major factor in attracting potential buyers to your home.

When we list a home, we create quality brochures (to the right) for the property to be passed out at the offices, the home and to be sent to potential prospects. ►→→ There are also paper fliers created for the flier box on “For Sale” sign.
e-Brochures (left◄) are sent to all local Realtors and brokers when we bring a property to the market and are sent again for Broker’s Tours, price adjustments etc…
Postcards are sent for new listings to the area (right ►)
We advertise in the Carmel Pinecone (right►) where not only do people read the physical copy, but part time residents can get the entire Carmel Pinecone emailed to them each week.
